Silver Air is proud to announce the promotion of Jennifer Norvell to Chief Inspector, effective April 1, 2025. This milestone recognizes her exceptional performance, deep technical expertise, and steadfast dedication to safety and excellence in aircraft maintenance.

Jennifer joined Silver Air in 2023 as an Aircraft Maintenance Manager, where she played a key role in optimizing maintenance operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting aircraft owners with strategic maintenance planning. Her leadership has been instrumental in advancing the performance and cohesion of our Maintenance (MX) Team.

With over 15 years of experience in aviation maintenance, including leadership roles at Pegasus Elite Aviation and Jet Aviation, Jennifer brings a wealth of operational and regulatory insight to her new role. Her credentials include FAA Airframe & Powerplant certification and specialized technical training on Gulfstream aircraft models including the G650, G550, and G150.
