Anthony Schuck has over ten years of experience as a strategic, results-driven, innovative leader with significant expertise in human resources strategy, recruitment, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. He has worked in various industries, from public relations, information technology, engineering, and manufacturing, for Fortune 500 and 1000 companies. He is a transformational change agent who has developed and led human capital programs and talent initiatives in multiple challenging environments globally. Anthony is passionate about enhancing individual and organizational performance, bears sincere emotional intelligence, and has a knack for bringing people together.
Anthony began his career in one of the nation’s top public affairs firms, then joined a leading global provider of staffing and technology outsourcing services company. After years as an external talent and HR consultant, he began internal strategic talent sourcing and development for a multinational technology company focused on industrial and scientific-based applications. He happily joined Silver Air Private Jets as Global Head of People and Culture in 2020, overseeing their organization’s HR management, and building and retaining an exceptional team of professionals while focusing on company culture.
Anthony will complete a Masters of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Purdue West Lafayette, Indiana, in 2023 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Santa Barbara, California, with a Technology Management Certification. Anthony has also held volunteer leadership roles, serving on a board of Directors for the Santa Barbara Human Resources Association. Anthony is an experienced world traveler whose sense of adventure and curiosity about other cultures keeps him exploring new destinations and experiences.
