Brandon Martin, President of Silver Air, is a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of private aviation and a talent for solving complex logistical challenges. With over two decades of experience in aircraft management and charter operations, Brandon has played a pivotal role in shaping Silver Air’s innovative approach to jet ownership and charter services. As a skilled aviator and seasoned executive, he ensures the company operates with efficiency and precision, maximizing profitability for owner-partners while delivering an unparalleled experience for charter guests.
Before joining Silver Air, Brandon owned and operated his own management and charter company, giving him firsthand insight into the needs of private jet owners. Since coming on board, he has been instrumental in transforming Silver Air into a world-class operator, overseeing a growing fleet of luxury aircraft and driving strategic expansion. A graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a commercial pilot, his expertise in aviation is complemented by his leadership in business development and operational excellence. Outside of work, Brandon lives in Santa Barbara with his wife and children and is a passionate musician, finding time to play the piano and guitar whenever he gets a free moment
