Jason Middleton is the visionary leader behind Silver Private Jets with a deep understanding of both aviation safety and the business of aviation. As a Gulfstream pilot, Jason has a strong belief and connection to what goes into creating the safety operating environment possible. As a business leader, he understands the economic responsibility we have to our customers, our mandate to deliver operational excellence and deliver a fully transparent experience. His leadership has driven innovation and elevated service standards, ensuring that Silver Air continually delivers the highest quality experience to our aircraft owners and charter guests.
Before founding Silver Air, Jason’s career was shaped by his background in endurance athletics, where he honed his leadership skills and competitive mindset. Completing his first Ironman at just 15, he has since competed in over 300 endurance races and seven Eco-Challenges. Transitioning from professional athletics to aviation, Jason quickly became a highly sought-after pilot before launching Silver Air. His commitment to excellence, strategic thinking, and passion for aviation have positioned Silver Air Private Jets as an industry leader. He also host of the popular aviation podcast Flight Club. Jason lives in Santa Barbara California with his wife Kate and three children.
