Georgi Stoyanov brings over 15 years of aviation industry expertise to his role as Vice President of Aircraft Support and Client Experience at Silver Air. With a strong background in flight support, operations, and premium service delivery, Georgi has built a career centered on operational efficiency and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. His leadership experience includes key roles at Thrive Aviation, United Airlines, and PrivatAir, where he specialized in flight operations, inflight management, and elevating the passenger experience. Since joining Silver Air as Director of Flight Support, he has played a pivotal role in streamlining operations, optimizing service quality, and enhancing the overall client experience.
Now overseeing Aircraft Support Managers across Silver Air’s bases, Georgi ensures seamless day-to-day operations while leading Cabin Attendants and collaborating closely with Base Managers, Directors of Operations, and the Chief Pilot to uphold Silver Air’s elite service standards. He is instrumental in managing vendor partnerships, maintaining full FAA Part 135 regulatory compliance, and acting as a key liaison for aircraft owners and charter clients. Additionally, his leadership in recruitment, onboarding, and training programs supports Silver Air’s continued growth and commitment to service excellence. Based at the company’s Global Headquarters in Santa Barbara, Georgi’s expertise and dedication reinforce Silver Air’s reputation for delivering world-class private aviation experiences.
