Before joining Silver Air in 2020, Martin held key leadership roles at XOJET Aviation, where he served as Maintenance Control Manager and later as a Lead Controller. In these roles, he was responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring aircraft readiness with a focus on safety and compliance. His ability to streamline maintenance processes and implement proactive fleet management strategies has been instrumental in maximizing aircraft availability and minimizing downtime.
